As a native to Los Angeles’ vibrant northeast region, Christopher Willis is no stranger to what LA has to offer. From coffee shops in Los Feliz, to eateries in Highland Park, hiking trails in Hollywood, and galleries in the Arts District, this city will keep you feeling alive.
After graduating from Eagle Rock High School, Christopher went on to Cal State Los Angeles to earn a degree in Economics. He then went on to spend several years working in the film industry across different areas, including film finance and distribution, creative development, and most recently, at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
In 2021, Christopher decided to pursue his long-time interest in real estate. "It just comes naturally to me," he says. As a Realtor, Chris gets to combine his passion for providing VIP service, his attention to detail, and his love of architecture and design. Christopher's approach is both deeply analytical as well as aesthetically grounded. As Christopher often says, “buying or selling real estate is an art and a science.”
When Christopher isn’t in the office, he likes to spend his time reading, writing, producing music, and working out. And let's not forget, Christopher is an avid foodie and is constantly exploring the many eateries in Los Angeles. "Eating is living," is his philosophy.
Are you interested in buying, selling, or simply want some good restaurant recommendations? Reach out to Christopher and he’ll be happy to chat!
As your Buyer's Representative, I can make the process of house hunting much easier and more efficient than if you did it all yourself. I can help you get financing, guide you to local neighborhoods, help you determine your budget, and prioritize a list of essential features that you need in your next home. I'll save you valuable time by finding the properties that best suit your requirements, and will show you only the most promising ones.
Once you've found a place that catches your eye, I'll look at comparable properties in the area to help determine a purchase offer. Then I'll negotiate on your behalf with the seller to make sure you get the most favorable terms.
It's my job to look after your best interests, and I will do so at no cost to you as a buyer.
Selling a house on your own can be an overwhelming task. There's advertising to plan and budget for, open houses and private showings to arrange, purchase offers to negotiate, disclosure forms, contract contingencies to worry about, and complicated paperwork to fill out. Make it easy on yourself by putting your home in the hands of a Realtor®.
My No Risk Listing Program allows you the freedom of not being locked down to unnecessarily long term contracts. Most agents are practicing real estate as if it was 40 years ago. With my Flexible Commission Plan, sellers have the option to choose between different commission structures. I'm here to facilitate your life, not make it more complicated.
First, we'll perform a comparable market analysis to determine the most appropriate price for your home. Then we'll provide home staging advice and suggest landscaping changes that will help draw buyers in. We'll advertise your home through a variety of methods, including local publications and online MLS® listings.
Excited? Give me a call.
No one likes to be locked down to long-term contracts. As your Listing Agent, my Easy Exit Clause allows you to not worry about being locked down. I'm here to facilitate your decisions, not impede them.
Most agents are stuck in an outdated way of doing real estate. In today's world, flexibility is the name of the game. Let me show you.
You have questions and I have answers. I'll make sure that you feel confident and empowered when it comes to making important real estate and purchasing decisions.
